Dan Brown
Chief Executive Officer

Dan joined DHG in October 2015, bringing extensive global strategic leadership experience to DHG and its owned companies. Dan, since starting in the Canadian Medical/Surgical industry in the mid-eighties, has worked for market leading companies American Hospital Supply, Baxter, and CR Bard. Most recently, Dan has held numerous international senior management positions overseeing business unit commercial operations in Europe, Asia and Latin America for both Genzyme and Sanofi. Dan also spent more than four years in Australia as the Managing Director of the Genzyme Australasia affiliate.

Julia Parshin
Chief Financial Officer

Julia brings over 15 years of international public accounting and industry experience to DHG, having worked in Australia and the UK. Prior to joining DHG in 2012, Julia spent 10 years with Deloitte’s assurance and advisory practice in Canada and Australia, and held senior finance positions with Infigen Energy and Callisto Capital. Julia manages all financial planning and risk assessment for DHG.

Elena LoCastro
President – Somagen Diagnostics

Elena brings over 20 years of experience in medical diagnostics and is closely acquainted with the healthcare industry in Canada. Elena’s laboratory science background combined with her vast business experience have provided a solid base for the various roles that Elena has occupied throughout her career including the sourcing of innovative products, business development and senior management. In addition to her role at Somagen, Elena is also a Professor of Medical Laboratory Science at Dawson College.

Glenn Bruce
Director of Global Business Development

Glenn is responsible for overseeing Diploma Health Care Group’s commercial efforts for Electrosurgery and Smoke Evacuation in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the United Kingdom and other markets. In his previous role, Glenn was the GM and President of AMT Surgical in Canada and has 20 years’ experience in the medical device industry.

Dave Sullivan
President – Technopath

Co-founder of the Technopath Group in 1997, Dave brings over 26 years’ experience in various sales, marketing and management roles in the Healthcare and Biotechnology Sectors. Formerly Dave managed the Beckman DSG product line in Ireland before becoming sales manager for a leading distributor of IVD products in Ireland.

Tristan Duggan
Managing Director – AUZ/NZ

Tristan joined the Diploma Group in 2013 with 15 years of sales, marketing, operations and executive management experience in the Healthcare industry.  Tristan currently leads our two operating companies in the region as well as developing new business initiatives and partnerships within the Australia and New Zealand market

Chris McNamara
President AMT Surgical & Vantage Endoscopy

Chris joined AMT Surgical in 2005 and has taken on various responsibilities within the group. Chris became President of AMT Surgical in 2014 and brings a fresh vision and strategic leadership to the team. Recently Chris spearheaded the uniting of Minimally Invasive and Electrosurgery divisions at AMT. Prior to joining AMT, Chris played professional hockey while completing his MBA in International Business. With the acquisition of Carsen Medical, the endoscopy division was divided out and Vantage Endoscopy was established
